Why I created this course & how it will help you!
For most of my adult life I felt like I was successful in my studies and work but there was one area that I always failed. I felt stuck in a vicious cycle where I would start the month with good intentions and end it bingeing and feeling bad about myself. I was a foodie who had a love-hate relationship with food! I never really understood how those around me could eat 1 cube of chocolate, wrap the rest of the chocolate up and let it sit in the cupboard for a few days. Or have a piece of cake enjoy it without guilt and move on with their life! I always believed it was because I did not have enough willpower.
I created this basic fundamentals self study course to teach you how to start focussing on improving your relationship with food and and start nourishing your body in a way that feels good to you!
