One-to-One Coaching

Clients accepted upon interview with a suggested time frame for 8 – 12 weeks



I take on a limited number of clients on a 1:1 basis and I can provide support in various areas including

  • Breaking free from binge eating
  • Finding freedom and ease in your relationship with food
  • Leaving restriction, food rules, and control behind
  • Working through any residual negative energy
  • Learning to listen to your body and trust your intuition
  • Working through negative body image and developing a love for your body
  • Overcoming any Limiting Beliefs that keep you stuck in old patterns
  • Dealing with anxiety when it comes to food
  • Breathwork to help in moments of anxiety and self-sabotage
  • Awareness around your emotional patterns and helping you shift out of those states that drive you to turn to food
  • Stepping in your power,  and YOUR truth so you can live your best life!
